£14,000 - £16,000 plus bonus and Company Car (Mini) An exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Courier to join a successful Reprographics Company based in Birmingham City Centre. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for their clients and therefore excellent communication skills, outgoing personality and smart appearance are a prerequisite. The individual must be a team player, have the ability to work on their own initiative and be flexible to adapt to the business requirements. Ideally you will have previous courier/customer service experience. Full UK driving license is essential. Duties: • To make set collections form customers at regular times on a daily basis • To make collections/deliveries as and when required • Actively manage accounts from a customer service level • Liaise with the print room staff to ensure jobs are completed within the specified timescale • Deal with customer queries regarding print requirements and deadlines • Assist in the print room as and when required • Seek out new opportunities within the Client Base This is a permanent position in a very well established business, employing over 400 people in over 25 locations throughout the Country.
