FINTEC recruit is seeking a Credit and Risk Manager for our client in the Telecoms sector who supplies telephone lines, broadband, energy & web services. This is a permanent position, based in London, salary £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience. Role and Responsibilities As a Credit and Risk Manager your responsibilities will include the following:- * Managing both sales entry criteria (credit and deposit) and customer collections * Updating of the credit and risk roadmap to enable sales to proceed and build over time in line with forecasts the credit and risk roadmap to enable sales to proceed and build over time in line with forecasts * Managing debt and cash collections and maximising the profitability of the business whilst reducing aged debt * Taking responsibility for the existing credit and risk assessment policies for the energy department * Taking charge of supplier relationships The ideal candidate for the Credit and Risk Manager role will have:- * MBA qualification with experience in credit and risk management * Over 5 years' experience in both leading teams and creating processes from scratch * A minimum of 5yrs+ Credit Control experience in the energy industry * Familiarity with credit & risk strategy as well as operations, ability to demonstrate delivering a phased and continuous improvement to credit * Great customer service and communication skills Please click on apply or send your CV directly to our team and quote Ref: FT2146.
