We operate a rolling performance evaluation policy throughout your engagement with us. You are responsible for elements within it trusting your self assessment status on a quarterly basis. You must have serviced the corporate and high net worth sectors over a sustained period. You will undergo a driving test together with a British Institutional knowledge test as we expect all our staff to be proactively able to interact with our clients as and when required. You will initially be invited to a telephone interview where enunciation and excellent command of the English language will be graded.A risk assessment evaluation report will also be conducted before you are assigned. Professional referees will be contacted and you will enter into various compliance policies.All elements need to be satisfied to a minimum of A-before you are deployed. You will then be formally introduced to our clients and then submitted to our systems. Your particular attention is drawn to our No Smoking Policy which as you are aware operates in all vehicles as indicated and set down by The Public Carriage Office. In furtherance of this our policy here at www.hackettandhackett.co.uk extends to whilst on duty or in the vicinity of any of our conducted services. All candidates are expected to sit advanced motorists exam and gain the industry national qualification (NVQ) in Chauffeuring etiquette. We prefer our drivers to drive with a " de badged vechicle " so you will at least have the application underway when you apply to us. We also positively vet you once initial checks have been made so it is important that you are aware we check the veracity of your references.
