What's the Premier Installations Trainee Engineer role all about? Having achieved your gas qualifications you will be driven to become part of our engineer team to develop your skills and experience to achieve the first class installations services that we provide to all of our customers. As possibly the first face to face representative of the company that our customers will see, you will project our values in every aspect of your role. Caring about the satisfaction of our customers, will be the driving force behind your goal to expand your experience in domestic installations with the help of your mentor engineer. What will my responsibilities as a Premier Installations Trainee Engineer be? As our installations trainee engineer you will be trained to provide a first class in home delivery, installation and collections service to our customers. You will be delivering a variety of gas and electrical cooker installations, as well as hobs and other domestic appliances which includes Integrated and AV products. Other duties include; - Engaging with customers on face to face basis - Work as part of the engineer team - Make on the spot decisions regarding health & safety at the point of installation - Keep open lines of communication with customers and other team members - Feedback on products or installation issues to improve the service going forward - Consistently deliver excellent customer service - Meet targets on installations times - Work within our safe working practices What skills do I need to have to be successful as a Premier Installations Trainee Engineer? Having completed your gas qualifications you will be interested in a career within domestic appliance installation and have a thirst for expanding your knowledge and experience within the gas industry. - Installation of cookers, hobs and other domestic appliances (including AV products) - Working well as part of a trainee or apprentice program - Work independently when required but welcome being part of a team - Gas safety checks - Health & safety escalation protocol within the gas industry - Fault finding with gas domestic appliances Your technical skills; - Full UK driving license - Gas Safe Registration - ACS, CCN1 & CKR1 - Technical experience in the field - LPG desirable - AV installation experience desirable. - Knowledge of integrated and built in appliances desirable - Electrical qualifications desirable Why choose us?
