Multi-Skilled Engineer (Air conditioning & Commercial Gas). Midlands based. £30-£35K. Van provided with available overtime. The Business. A long standing and ever expanding Client of mine is searching for an experienced mobile HVAC engineer to join their team. The company in question is an M&E company, who has been successfully running for over 10 years and has recruited 30 engineers in the last two months due to the success of the business and the increasing demand of their services. The Role. This will be a mobile role, working on various commercial sites across the Midlands such as; Leisure Centres, Offices, and retail shops. You will be responsible for carrying out reactive and PPM maintenance to the Heating (gas), Ventilation, and Air Conditioning equipment on site. With this being a duel role with reactive maintenance being involved, you will need to be able to fully fault find and repair on A/C equipment such as splits and Multi-splits, along with commercial gas heating systems. The Candidate. With this being quite a client facing role, finding a candidate with the right attitude and work ethic is important to my client. With the companys focus on customer satisfaction, the work must be of high standard and to the timeline. A company vehicle is provided, along with a fuel card. You will also be entitled to 21days holiday + stats. Qualifications and skills needed:. City & Guilds in Air conditioning and Refrigeration. Commercial Gas qualifications. F-Gas 2079. You will have a good knowledge of how to fully fault find and repair HVAC equipment . Previous experience of working on commercial buildings is required.
