We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to join our team. You will be developing the leaders of multiple highly successful units throughout your area of the UK, you’ll provide strategic vision as you build on an impressive track record of success. As Regional Manager, you’ll be naturally enterprising as you focus on achieving unprecedented sales growth, managing, coaching and developing the team. Main responsibilities * To develop and lead a team of managers within a geographical region and sector to provide exceptional service to our clients. * Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. * Drive foodservice and support service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements. * Review business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets in line with management and performance reporting. * Demonstrate commercial value to your direct reports, line manager and Leadership teams, in line with the One Compass vision, values and overall business strategy. Ideal candidate * Passionate about catering and service delivery * Confident managing multiple sites ensuring service and standards are consistently high * Strong financial and commercial acumen * A strong leader who can motivate and inspire a large team * An adaptable individual who can influence at all levels * Extremely organised and enjoys working in a fast paced environment * Excellent communication skills * Standards and service focused
