Maintenance Engineer - Honda of the UK Manufacturing. An exciting opportunity has become available for a Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer within Honda of the UK Manufacturing (HUM) - the dynamic global company who are leaders in their field. As Maintenance Engineer your role will consist of the following:. Production support within a manufacturing environment. Maintaining the efficiency and performance of all mechanical and electrical production equipment. Working independently and as part of a team to achieve department objectives. Completing PPM's to a set schedule. Understanding and troubleshooting of complex mechanical and electrical systems. Working in high pressure situations and to tight deadlines. Essential Experience Required:. Recognised apprenticeship/qualification in an electrical/mechanical engineering background. PLC fault finding/diagnostics (Mitsubishi or Omron would be an advantage). Experience of pneumatic and hydraulic circuits/systems. The ideal candidate may also possess the following skills:. A solid working knowledge of robot systems and CNC controls. Experience of working in an automotive or FMCG type environment. Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). What We're Looking For.
