Working for a well-established growing Bristol law firm this a chance to be part of great team, supporting a business with an excellent reputation. As a Debt Recovery Legal Cashier you'll be joining a busy accounts department, providing support to the wider finance function handling a varied workload with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills are a must as you'll be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll need to ensure full compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules at all times. Key duties include:- Working with the debt recovery team to correct any financial transactions received- Coordinate client payments- Dealing with queries both internally and externally in regards to debt recovery- Complete debt recovery reconciliations for month-end reports- Assist in chasing and reducing overdue payments The successful candidate will; Be a Legal Cashier with a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar finance position or credit control roleWill be focused and with a good use of own initiativeHave a good knowledge of IT systems and the ability to pick new systems up quicklyHave the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining excellent attention to detailHave good working knowledge of the SAR'sHave strong verbal and written communication skills; To be considered or discuss further please get in touch.
