A leading employer in Weston-Super-Mare is seeking a Payroll Manager and a Payroll Clerk to manage their payroll function on a temporary to permanent basis. Working within a small finance department you will be managing the payroll function for up to 700 employees to include:. - Ensuring employees are paid on weekly, monthly and fortnightly basis. - Manual calculations in relation to SSP, SMP, SPP etc. - Reporting on sickness and absence. - Managing starter, leavers and amendments. - Ensure knowledge on current legislation. - Query resolution.
