Project Manager (HR Systems & Change) Edinburgh £400-448 per day Key Skills: Project management, human resource systems, planning, stakeholder management, governance, resource management, budgeting An exciting vacancy has arisen. Our market leading financial services client is looking for a Project Manager to join a large established programme of work taking responsibility for a number of projects from start to finish. This is a brilliant and exciting opportunity to be involved in a large programme of work with one of the biggest UK retail banks. You will be involved in and help manage the end to end planning, coordination and delivery of the project including engaging with and managing key stakeholders and internal clients. You will contribute towards the project ensuring alignment with business strategy and stringent governance processes. You will manage risks, issues and dependencies, reporting, monitor budgets and project timescales to ensure delivery as intended. You will work on the business side of the organisation and manage the relationship between the business and IT departments to ensure successful delivery. You should have full life cycle experience delivering projects within financial services or HR systems projects outside of financial services plus experience of all the above activities. Exposure to projects that involved HR change systems in some shape or form highly desired. You should have good report writing skills, a solid understanding of project governance and strong written/verbal communication skills. In addition experience with SAP. Based in the beautiful city of Edinburgh, you will be close to the center of the thriving capital of Scotland.
