HR Manager - Customer Services. Working for this world-wide multi-location business, your role will be to assist the business in creating a new EU location near Watford and moving relevant staff and recruiting new staff to the new location. Reporting to the Senior UK HR Manager, your will assist executives & managers in relocation & redundancy planning as well as recruiting new staff, creating induction, training & development programmes and retention policies etc. In detail, the topics you will be involved in include:. - Supplier (recruitment agency) management. - Interview support. - Workforce planning. - Resource profile planning. - Employee relations. - Business support. Your background will demonstrate an excellent HR career in large corporate environments running complex projects whilst supporting the business. You will probably have a degree and certainly CIPD qualified, ideally with a very good understanding of TUPE and other employee relations. Experience of shared service centres an advantage as will demonstrative experience of relocating large numbers of people, particularly if you have a Europe-wide type experience. Bi-lingual applicants of interest, although languages not mandatory.
