ParkBee is changing the world of parking, and we need you to help make this change! We have successfully launched in Amsterdam and we’re now looking for business development manager to help launch us in London.   ParkBee   Almost every major city is dealing with parking problems; Parking is extremely expensive and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot. However, there are sufficient vacant parking locations, only not accessible for the general use. Think of all the private parking garages of office buildings, right in the city centre that could join the sharing economy. We are now expanding and our first stop is London. Check us out at !   Job Description   As business development manager you are focused on activities related to creating the London market. This includes growing the business and managing day-to-day activities.  Partnering with garages and maintaining relationships with our customers are the two primary goals that you will be responsible for organizing. You will be working closely with the other offices to build ParkBee into an international success.   Duties & Responsibilities:   ●      Manage and grow the ParkBee portfolio of garages and customers. ●      Engage in strategic planning with the management team and plan partnerships and customer engagement activities. ●      Use analytics and kpi’s to measure growth and traction of the market ●      Organize hiring and training of new hires to the ParkBee team. ●      Analyse the competitive landscape and adapt to the market trends. ●      Structure the team and the processes for the local office. ●      Expand the product into new markets and collaborate on other mobility projects.   Location:   This position is for our office in London, UK.   Minimum Salary:  £35,000 annual   Requirements:   ●      MBA degree from a top accredited full-time international program with a concentration in Strategy. ●      Analytical degree (e.g. Engineering) is preferred, with experience in the transportation sector to understand the design thinking associated with mobility and how to engage with local municipalities. ●      Experience in a leadership and business development role specifically with a startup in the mobility sector is required for this position. ●      Must have experience working in both the United States and Europe as the position will look to expand internationally. ●      Experience using strategic frameworks in practice is important for this leadership role. ●      Management experience of an international team. ●      English speaker.   Submission:   Please send your CV to Tom Buchmann, by no later than, 2nd of September.  All points in the requirements section of this job profile must be demonstrated clearly in the CV to be considered.
