They are currently going through a period of expansion and are looking to grow their dedicated team. The Role: Reporting to the Growth Leader, People the HR Advisor will proactively seek opportunities to promote and deliver the Company?s vision, specifically the People Agenda. You will also manage the day to day HR generalist function including payroll, recruitment and benefits and to support the Business as a trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities: ? Perform HR Advisory service to support business managers with employment legislation, HR Planning, potential and actual disciplinary action and other HR issues ? Conduct maternity and paternity meetings as and when required ? Point of contact for HR queries ? Manage the monthly end-to-end payroll function including liaising with the payroll bureau regarding all types of queries ? Managed the annual P11D process ? Assist with the annual salary review and profit share process and communications ? Manage the monthly benefits administration and ensure relevant changes are processed through payroll ? Manage the monthly pension process and ensure all changes are processed through payroll ? Carry out monthly checks to ensure the Pension scheme remains Auto Enrolment compliant and regulatory employee communications are sent out ? Manage relationship with benefit providers, including annual review processes ? Manage benefit communications within the Company and main point of contact for benefit queries ? Manage and organise the overall recruitment process from advertising and briefing agencies to interviewing, providing feedback and making offers ? Presenting HR initiatives at Company staff engagement meetings ? Responsible of the completion of salary and other market surveys ? Prepare HR audits and reports in line with Department KPI?s ? Assist HR Department with HR correspondence and filing including maintenance and accurate upkeep of all HR records ? Liaise and comply with corporate policies, guidance and standards ? Projects resource for HR initiatives in a proactive manner as and when required ? Maintain confidentiality at all times ? Identify and eliminate operational risk according to ORSA ? Any other reasonable duties as defined by line management Embrace corporate culture which includes: ? Active involvement in company initiative such as 7 habits of highly effective people ? Having photos and other media of yourself on marketing material ? High degree of flexibility & adaptability to change JOB DESCRIPTION Key Attributes: Essential: ? Proven experience of working in an HR Department; with experience in the administration or management of payroll and recruitment ? Articulate and business-focused ? Excellent interpersonal skills ? Excellent numerical skills ? Able to work under pressure and to deadlines ? Excellent organisational skills ? Ability to use initiative ? Strong attention to detail ? Ability to deal with sensitive issues and deal with confidentiality ? Good understanding of current HR practices and procedures ? Demonstrate HR experience ? Proven competence to work without close supervision ? Educated to degree level ? High-level user knowledge of Microsoft Office package, including intermediate Excel ? Have a willingness to learn and a flexible approach Desirable: ? A degree in HRM or CIPD qualified (or part qualified) ? ADP Freedom : client led payroll system knowledge What you get in return: ?
