Job Purpose To assist IT Services in ensuring positive interactions with all our users by researching and recommending usability improvements to services. Create and verify user experience profiles to be used extensively in future IT Service Management and Communications To actively engage with staff and students through surveys, focus groups and usability testing and by providing enhanced communication at the right time, in the right way to the right audience. Communicate effectively around service changes and service disruption. To conduct stakeholder analysis, create templates for stakeholder engagement and communication plans, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders through a variety of media. To help make services effective, efficient and satisfying to use.
