Here at OneFamily we are recruiting for a Head of Reward & Analytics to join our HR team based in Brighton . The successful candidate will be working 35 hours per week and will receive a salary of up to £75,000 per annum. OneFamily is a modern mutual organisation, owned by its members and run for the benefit of our customers. We are an established financial services company with c. 500 employees in our head office based in the heart of Brighton with a wealth of experience spanning 40 years. Key responsibilities of our Head of Reward & Analytics include:. - Responsible for all reward and recognition activities. - Produce and utilise analytical information to drive change within the business, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements on Executive Remuneration. - All elements of our pay review cycle, remuneration processes and the creation of data around pay and reward. - Your remit will require close working relationships across Finance and communication at Executive level as part of our Remuneration Committee. - You will also be responsible for payroll within the company. To become our Head of Reward & Analytics you must have the following:. - Ideally be professionally qualified with a CIPD Reward qualification. - Previous generalist HR experience. - Experience of policy implementation. - Able to build strong internal and external relationships across a range of stakeholders. - Have a passion for reward and recognition. - Ability to manage complex and challenging pay issues sensitively.
