Field Agent/Warrant Officer OTE £25-30k Full Time Location: Falkirk/Kirkcaldy fidélité CM is an award winning, technology led, credit management business delivering customer resolutions within the UK Banking, Utility and Consumer Credit sectors. What we are looking for Self-motivated, professional, people orientated individuals who have strong communication skills and a desire to provide a first class experience. The Role Based in the field, predominately within a defined geographical area, the role involves face to face contact with our clients’ customers in order to help them either re-engage with our clients or by providing solutions to the customer to help rehabilitate their account. From time to time you will also attend magistrate’s court to obtain warrants of entry and execute said warrants. The role is rewarded by both basic salary and additional commission and it is therefore imperative that you are a target focussed individual driven by achievement with a can do attitude. Unlimited earnings are available.
