Business Analyst (Customer Journey). Market Rate (initial 6 months). Oxford. We are looking for a Business Analyst (Customer Journey) for a Global Bank based near Oxford. The ideal Business Analyst (Customer Journey), will have experience of change projects and customer journey projects. You will also need to be from a business and client change projects and NOT an IT Business Analyst. Excellent Communication and workshop facilitation skills are required for this area. Skills & Experience. Client Side of Change. Complete client segmentation analysis. Complete client treatment strategies for each segment (communication touch-points and method, training delivery and media and support framework) so there is a clear client journey. Define detailed training, communication requirements for each client segment. Define detailed client support requirements pre and post go-live. Assist with the development of client training/communication. Manage the identified client impacts and respective mitigation. Monitor and track the client touch points throughout the delivery phase of the project. People Side of Change. Complete colleague training needs analysis. Complete colleague communications plan. Track colleague training status. Define the client support requirements pre and post go-live. Assist with the development of colleague training/communication. Manage the identified colleague impacts and respective mitigation.
