RGB are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor in London, who are looking to appoint an Estimator to join their existing team. My client is a leading contractor, with projects across the London region. They have a long and successful history in the market and have delivered a number of high spec and mixed use developments. They are currently looking to expand their Interiors division in line with an increase in demand, and are looking to appoint an Estimator to handle tenders for a variety of prestigious projects. The ideal candidate would have. - At least 3 . - A good knowledge of Commercial Interiors. - Good verbal and written communication. - A degree from a recognised institution. - Proven success in the tender award process. Responsibilities would include:. - Issue Tender Documents. - Study Scope of work / specifications. - Quantity take-offs. - Raise tender queries. - Preparation of price break-downs. - Study Tender documents and comply submission requirements. - Prepare Technical & Commercial Bid as per tender requirements. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a renowned name in the London construction market, where there are genuine opportunities to grow and develop in line with department expansion.
