Corporate Tax Manager Full/Part or Flexi Time My client is a small independant respected practice who is keen to recruit Corporate Tax Manger - Flexi/Part/Full Reporting directly to the Partners this is a fantastic role for an individual with strong taxation knowledge who would like a better work life balance. The work will be extremely varied and interesting. Assessing residency status of both UK Ltds and overseas corporates Claiming non-residency if appropriate Permanent establishments: reviewing whether PE is created and then ongoing compliance in the UK. Presenting arguments to HMRC that no PE is created in the UK. Transfer pricing Cross border loan and licencing agreements - assessing arm’s length basis. Applying for exemptions from withholding taxes Qualifications/ Key Experience • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA) and/or tax advisor (CTA) • Corporate tax experience gained within the profession and or industry • Technically capable tax adviser who is able to assist in complex client work Our client offers a great work/home life balance - great benefits and good prospects for Partnership if so desired.
