What skills and abilities are required? · Teaching and Presentation skills · Good standard of written and oral communication · Teaching qualification or willingness to work toward attainment of one As an ESOL lecturer you would not only understand the intricacies of the role but you should also have to have a sound grasp of Safegarding, ILPs, ILRs, E&D & H&S. Youll also not be able to escape supporting the College SAR & Business Plan, having your lessons subject to an evaluation of teaching and learning as well as submitting relevant learner and departmental reports.
