Employer Engagement Consultant. Swindon. £25,000. A leading training provider are currently looking to grow their high performing sales team. The role of Employer Engagement Consultant is ideal for someone that is passionate about sales and enjoys engaging with new people. The role will be actively engaging with SME employers to promote Apprenticeships. The role will also involve sourcing suitable candidates in the 16-18 age range and supporting them into relevant vacancies. You will initiate and manage ongoing relationships with Executives and Senior Level management, providing a tailored service to help fill gaps in their current workforce. To be considered for the Employer Engagement Consultant position:. * You will be passionate about sales, and will have worked in a target driven environment. * You will need to be comfortable working in a field based capacity, this means you will need a car covered by business insurance. * You will need to have excellent organisational skills, and are able to manage your time and diary. * You are confident presenting and have excellent communication skills. * You will have the ability to strategically develop business and formulate long-term ongoing relationships.
