About the Role: To account manage a defined list of customers to maximise upselling and cross selling opportunities. Retain revenue and grow customer loyalty in an ever increasingly competitive market place. Key Activities Include: To own the retention of a defined list of customers – manage/protect existing revenue and win additional business to meet targets Ensure high customer satisfaction Maximise every sales opportunity Maintain good working knowledge of product portfolio Maintain daily opportunities/prospected business within CRM Carry out additional duties as requested by management Perform to departments KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) Manage complaints to resolution Ensure procedures/processes are followed Candidate Requirements: Knowledge: Experience of telephone sales or other to demonstrate an ability to fulfil the identified responsibilities, especially excellent in telephone account management and customer service skills   Knowledge of businesses core product offerings, Cloud, Communicate, Connect, Data Centres and Managed IT  Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM Time management Ability to meet tight deadlines Flexible Adaptable to change Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team Ability to accept and share responsibility within a competitive sales environment Calm under pressure If you think you are right for this Desk Based Account Manager position, please click Apply Now.
