Description. As a Part Time Finance Assistant your duties will include however not be limited to; sales and purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, dealing with petty cash, assisting with funding applications, supporting monitoring and review, and preparation of returns, collating and analysing data as required, monitoring and reporting on expenditure, liaising with funding bodies and producing research as and when required. You will also be required to support the payroll function. The 18.5 hours per week can be taken across the week or over 3 days. Profile. The successful candidate will:. Have previous working knowledge within the charity sector - essential. Have previous working knowledge of funding applications - essential. Have excellent communication skills - essential.
