The Southwark North Assessment and Liaison team have an exciting opportunity for a band 6 nurse or equivilent in our enhanced liaison service. You will work with senior community practitioners in a diverse and dynamic team working closely with local GP, statutory and third sector services. This is a short term team working within the 12 week engagement and stabilization model using brief and solution focused interventions with a recovery focus. There are many training opportunities including group and 1-1 regular supervision. Experience in completing full mental health and social care assessments is essential, we work with individuals experiencing mood anxiety and personality difficulties using a multi disciplinary approach.
