Clinical Team Leader (RGN) - Intermediate Care - Sheffield, South Yorkshire - Salary up to £34,000 dependent on experience. You will be a Clinical team Leader (RGN) with experience working at senior nurse level looking for an exciting new Clinical Team Leader position for a service which accommodates respite care and palliative care for adults. This service is the biggest provider of intermediate care in the area and boasts of excellent services (such as a hydrotherapy pool), and a fully compliant CQC report. The role of the Clinical Team Leader (RGN) is:. .Manage the provision of care services within delegated budget;. .Responsible for ensuring that all services meet relevant Care Standards Act, Environmental Standards and Health & Safety requirements, and are provided within budget;. .Deputise for the Clinical Nurse Lead as appropriate and within the requirements of service;. .Ensure that quality of care is promoted within a Clinical Governance framework, and is evidence based;. .Manage, lead, motivate and supervise a range of Healthcare and therapy staff in accordance with the aims and objective of the service;. .Complete and feed into relevant service audits as required;. Youre roles and responsibilities as a Clinical Team Leader (RGN) will also cover;. .Clinical/Technical Responsibilities. .Clinical Governance/Quality. .Managerial Responsibilities. .Education, Training and Development. As a Clinical Team Leader (RGN) you will have:. .Experience in a similar setting. .A general nursing qualification (RGN). .Current registration with the NMC. .The legal right to work in the UK.
