Your new role In your new role you will be supporting young adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and very complex needs, in a huge range of everyday tasks. You will be promoting their independence to help them live a fulfilled life. What you'll need to succeed Experience is advantageous and an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is ideal bus not essential. You must be a driver.
