Job description:
I am currently recruiting for an application security professional to join a world leading courier delivery organization based locally. This position will increase and strengthen the European Information Security team in its role of supporting multiple Information Security domains across the region. You will become part of a team of 6 and work alongside the development team, 2 security engineers and head of security allowing you to secure and impact security of hundreds of new and existing applications across a number of technologies and environments. Not only will you have the chance to do this but you will also be able to oversee a large scale integration of products and work with the threat intelligence team based in the US to prevent and mitigate new threats as and when they occur. Ideally you will have experience with: * Web application security * Providing the application vulnerability analysis * Partnering with development teams to improve application security and decrease vulnerabilities * Conducting security testing and exploit vulnerable applications * Knowledge/exposure to code analysis and tools such as Fortify. * Scripting and automation experience in python or perl This is a global company who are easily one of the biggest players in the transportation industry who are happy to provide the opportunity to develop and progress into other areas of security should you wish.
