We are looking to recruit a highly skilled Admin Assistant to join our administration team. The post is based in Harlow and supports the West Essex 5-19 Childrens Public Health Service. We are looking for someone who has:. ECDL level one or equivalent. Experience working in a clerical role. Previous experience working in a health/ community development setting. Ability to use a number of office software programmes. Systm One trained. Able to work well on your own and in a group environment. Be able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy when working with others. Ability to be well organised. Be able to use confidentiality and discretion. Ability to prioritise work load and use own initiative. Good communication and telephone skills. Good time management. Attention to detail. Able to travel to different locations to work on occasions. In return we can offer you:.
