Job description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wholesale Coordinator to join a successful, costume jewellery brand stocked in fashion, department & lifestyle stores Worldwide.  As the Wholesale Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day functions of the wholesale team and liaise with agents and customers including key accounts. You will ensure all invoices are raised accurately and follow the customer order process through to delivery, ensuring customer invoices are paid. Reporting into the Head of Sales you will check the sales figures are up to date and provide support by attending meetings both in the UK and Internationally. As the Wholesale Coordinator you will also be required to attend trade fairs, prepare samples for agents, distributors and sales meetings and send out lookbooks/order forms to potential customers. The successful candidate will ideally come from a fashion/lifestyle brand but good experience within a similar business from a different sector will also be considered. Experience with SAGE or a similar system is required as good Microsoft office skills, especially Excel.
