Recruitment Account Manager/Delivery Consultant Banking / Financial Services / Professional Services OTE £50K +++ N1 NO SALES My client is a boutique recruitment company who specialise in Change and Transformation. Placing across Financial Services, Banking and Professional Services they place the type of Finance Professionals who allow to expand. Due to a booming market place, they have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join their business. Working on a dual desk, you will focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process with no sales duties at all. You will work alongside a senior manager who will deal with the client and you will deliver relevant candidates over to them. These are high margin mid-to-senior positions on the perms side and interims worth up to £1500 a day! You will be:- Requirements; Graduate calibre. 6 Months plus recruitment experience on the delivery side Ideally experience placing Business Analysts, Project Managers, PMO’s and Programme managers however will consider consultants with a background of finance or IT Recruitment.
