Due to continued success and growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Store Manager to lead and motivate their Manchester based store teams. Who are we looking for? When recruiting for Store Managers, they look for a driven, motivated and hands on individuals. You will thrive on the challenge of running your own store without guidance. You must be able to trade your store without planograms and utilise commercial acumen to take advantage of every opportunity that your store presents. As the ideal Store Manager, you will be able to display a proven track record in a volume retailer taking £3.5m plus a year. You will have experience of managing large teams and understand the importance of team motivation and its effects on commercial success. What will I be responsible for? Reporting in to the Area Manager, the successful Store Manager will take ownership of the day to day operation of the store and strive to deliver and exceed demanding store targets whilst maintaining a very hands on managerial approach. Your daily responsibilities will include: Taking full P&L accountability of your store Driving productivity that will meet the required store standards including compliance, sales and minimise costs Leading and motivating a high performing team, injecting fun into the workplace and ensuring that fantastic customer service is delivered The Rewards In return for your hard work as a Store Manager, you can expect to receive a highly competitive basic of £22,000 to £27,000 and an annual bonus.
