Retail Store Manager Salary up to £30,000 Per annum plus benefits Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire My client is currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Retail Store Manager to manage their retail store in Stoke on Trent. The store is a vibrant retail outlet within Stoke on Trent that offers luxury home and lifestyle products. You will manage, lead and inspire the retail team to maximise sales and profit potential in order to achieve agreed budgets, whilst ensuring that the customer experienced offered within store is 1st class. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store through effective management of the store sales team. You will be responsible for achieving the sales targets and offering the highest levels of customer service and store standards. Key responsibilities: Responsible for the smooth running of the store and the day to day activities Ensure all KPIs are achieved and exceeded Drive sales and service within the unit Ensure customer service excellence Recruitment and selection of staff Training and development of the team Visual merchandising the store to ensure the store is of a high commercial standard Motivating the team to achieve results Health and safety of the branch, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar retail management role, ideally within a luxury/premium brand environment. You will have an eye for detail and be results driven and sales and service focused. You will need to be focused on delivering a premium service offering and extremely high standards in all areas.
