THE COMPANY: Brewster Pratap are working with a leading Doncaster pharmacy to recruit a Purchasing Administrator to work at their Head Office to cover a period of maternity leave for a 6-12 month period. The role is part time - 20 hours per week working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. With over 60 branches across Yorkshire the role demands an experienced and efficient Purchasing Administrator, Order Processing Clerk, or Stock Administrator to assist the team. THE JOB: The job of Purchasing Administrator involves supporting the work of the purchasing and buying team with the following duties: - Ordering core stock lines regularly - Ensuring no out of stock situations - Stock taking and stock management using MS Excel - Matching invoices to stock orders This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Order Processing or Purchasing Administration experience. To be successful in your application you need to be available for an interim position to cover maternity leave, starting in April, and be happy to work part time hours [20 per week - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday]. You will need solid administrative experience ideally gained within a purchasing or buying department, or have some exposure to or experience of purchasing and stock control. You need to have strong communication skills and a good general standard of secondary education. MS Office will be used daily especially Outlook and Excel, and these will be tested at interview stage.
