We are delighted to be recruiting Nurses for a highly-valued client based in Castleford. They are in search of RGN or RMN Nurses to join their Nursing home that offers general nursing care to older adults, some of whom suffer from Dementia. The home employs both RGN and RMN nurses, and a highly-skilled team of care assistants to support them. Although relevant care home experience would be of distinct advantage, we are also keen to receive applications from RGN or RMN nurses who may be looking for a new direction in their nursing career and who have a strong desire to work in a 'patient-centred' care setting. If you are passionate about elderly care and would like to build close-knit relationships then we encourage you to apply. All applicants must be nurse qualified (RGN or RMN), hold an NMC Pin, and be able to prove their eligibility to work in the U.K. The ideal candidate for this position must have: - A valid NMC Pin registration - The relevant Nurse qualification required for this post i.e. RGN or RMN - Good working knowledge of CQC standards - The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care - The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families and visitors - Promote ownership of care programmes by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programmes within the home - Eligibility to work within the U.K. This is an opportunity to join an existing team of dedicated Nurses that have a great bond with their residents.
