Programme Directors / Programme Managers / Programme Executives - Large scale applications programmes / system integration / IT business transformation / IT business change programmes -Financial Services and/or Defence & Military Sectors - Global IT Management Consultancy Up to £125K base depending on experience + bonus + benefits / Location: London and South East England regions but other areas of the UK considered - with UK travel - current security clearance a bonus / or the ability to get security clearance - immediate availability also an added bonus Superb career opportunity for seasoned Programme Directors / Programme Managers / Programme Executives with a proven track record in large scale applications transformation programmes to join a well-established global IT management consultancy and work within multiple sector client accounts (Financial Services and/or Defence & Military Sectors). You will be managing huge programmes in terms of value and significant exposure to delivery of large scale large scale applications programmes are a must. You will take ownership and full responsibility for the successful delivery of large scale end to end applications and integration transformation / business change programmes consisting of consultancy and the modernisation of IT processes and procedures, these are some of the largest applications and integration transformation programmes in Europe right now. Coming from a client facing programme delivery and consultancy background you will have a wealth of experience in multiple sector client accounts (Financial Services and/or Defence & Military Sectors), with this experience you will engage with clients at board level executive to run and deliver large scale enterprise applications programmes valued in the £millions / billions. Your responsibilities will include but not be exhaustive as below: Running billion £ large scale Applications programmes / business change programmes that are the biggest in Europe right now. Ensure that programmes meet contractual specifications in terms of the quality of work that is delivered, such as cost and timescales. Work closely with bid and account teams to understand and influence the deal so that satisfactory results are achieved during all phases. Launch and sustain progress whilst continually refining the programme requirements. Ensure programmes stay on target as they progress by generating management reports and actively working to resolve issues and contain potential escalating risk. P&L responsibility. With the above you will have the following experience: Excellent client facing / communication skills - oral, written, presentation. Must have understanding of systems integrations issues Effective operational and financial management skills. Strong integration and application modernisation experience Exposure to engaging with clients at board level CXO, CTO etc. Strong analysis, problem solving and decision making skills. Team lead ability, together with excellent delegation / management skills Experience of managing and running multi-million large scale Applications programmes and integration transformation / business change programmes across multiple sector client accounts (Financial Services and/or Defence & Military Sectors).
