Currently our client is looking to recruit candidates to join their UK Airports and Hotels Travel Division. THE OPPORTUNITY * Dealing with inbound calls, emails and live chats.* Understandings the customers travel requirements, sourcing products,providing quotations and answering queries.* Building a rapport with the customer and dealing with all types of queries.* This is a varied and interesting role.* Sales ability is good but this is not a hard-nosed pushy sales environmentthe whole ethos is "Sales via Service" and there is no cold calling all callscome to you! HOURS OF WORK:Rota is agreed 8 weeks in advance and you can reserve your early and late shifts and also pick your own hours every 4 weeks. PART TIME Hours available 16, 20, 24 or 28 hours per week. 16 HOURS:7pm - 11pm 2 evenings per week and 1 weekend day for 8 hours. 20 HOURS:7pm - 11pm 3 evenings per week and 1 weekend day for 8 hours. 24 HOURS:7pm - 11pm 4 evenings per week and 1 weekend day for 8 hours. 28 HOURS7pm - 11pm 5 evenings per week and 1 weekend day for 8 hours PLEASE NOTE THOUGH THAT FULL FLEXIBILITY IS REQUIRED AND THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND A 2 WEEK FULL TIME INDUCTION.
