Position: Head of Fundraising Location: Tower Hill, London Salary: £60k - £66k per annum Benefits: include 28 days holiday, pension scheme, an employee assistance programme and a childcare voucher scheme. As Head of Fundraising, you will be essential in allowing Refuge to meet the needs of the women and children it supports. You will lead a diverse and dedicated team of ten – covering a range of income sources including corporate fundraising, trusts, individuals, and events – to ensure the current programme of fundraising activity and voluntary income target is achieved. Furthermore, you will use your strategic insight and wealth of experience to develop a new, innovative vision for the team, underpinned by a fundraising blueprint that maximises new income generation opportunities for Refuge. You will also work to create sustainable additional income streams over the long term. There has never been a more exciting time to join Refuge.
