Order Processor / Sales Co:ordinator Full Time : Monday : Friday Milton Keynes My Client is looking for a Sales Administrator to manage their key accounts. You will be responsible for prompt responses on all internal and external enquiries on stock availability and queries; whilst providing a prompt process of orders and queries, both of a delivery and financial nature. Sales * Identify and respond to customer requirements by any method including telephone, fax, post and e:mail * Input orders for the trade industry efficiently and accurately * Advise trade customer of out of stock/discontinued products * Effective call centre management * Process when required pro forma orders for one:time purchases between brands * Process export order paperwork and liaise with external shippers * Clear and sort all correspondence from the fax machine on a daily ongoing basis * To forecast and allocate stock to customers orders whilst working to strict deadlines. * Processing of EDI orders upon receipt and ensuring that orders all have allocated stock * Processing orders to meet load quantity limitations and requirements * Securing bookings and administering these to the logistics department After sales * Liaise with relevant department regarding trade enquires * Administer all trade customer returns (sound goods, damaged goods,etc) * Process all pricing queries generated by trade and home delivery orders * Raise financial credits / debits to counteract / rectify the above * Monitoring credit limits to ensure agreed allowances are not exceeded in accordance with customer procedures * Compiling monthly debit reports to highlight trends and results in relation to previous reports General * Liaise with National Account Managers and other representatives to ensure all pre:sales, sales, and after : sales duties are achievable efficiently and accurately * Maintain a high degree of knowledge on all products, campaigns and promotions * Maintain appropriate knowledge of in house SAP system Experience, Skills and Personal Attributes * Numerical and literate * Telephone skills * A good exposure to customer service/sales environment * A team player with a good attitude to learn * Good attention to detail * PC literate and a thorough understanding of SAP Due to the high volumes of applications we are currently receiving, unfortunately we are only able to contact candidates who are successful in progressing to the next stage.
