KS4 Maths teacher needed from as soon as possible for a secondary school in the Forest of Dean area. Your new school Is a small but traditional mixed-comprehensive 11-16 school situated in the picturesque area of the Forest of Dean which has excellent facilities and resources for both academic and sporting success. The school offers a broad and vibrant curriculum and has a real focus on provision for each individual student need. Based in the heart of it's a local community, this is a school that both students and staff can be proud to be a part of. Your new role You will be required to teach Maths through to KS4 level. This is a full-time, permanent position to begin as soon as possible. The Maths department is well-resourced and you will be given full teaching responsibilities where you will be expected to develop schemes of work and help inspire students through exciting and meaningful lessons. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a confident and professional qualified teacher with recent experience of teaching Maths at least to KS4 level. You'll need to be committed and passionate about teaching and have the drive and desire to make a positive and lasting impact on the students learning whilst being able to maintain the highest standards.
