The role is really flexible and enables you to increase your earnings above the basic salary by paying a bonus for those searches completed over target, whilst developing your career. The role requires you to collate the information required to create a Regulated Local Search Report used by law firms when working for clients buying property. You will need skills in:- 1. Appointment Booking: booking appointments at the Local Authorities to collect the data. 2. Data Collection: obtain data, research publicly available registers, online databases, Local Authority websites and visit appropriate Local Authority Departments. 3. Data Input: input data into a prescribed search template using their technology to create an accurate, compliant, Regulated Local Authority Search report. Theres no fuss, the systems do it all for you, whether online or offline, to make it as easy as possible. 4. Quality Auditing: they are looking for all levels so if you are an experienced search agent then you even have the opportunity to get involved in quality assurance processes, recruitment and management. They are looking to grow so the role can develop as much as you want to. Essential Requirements: - Comprehensive understanding of the content of Local Authority Searches or, for trainees, a willingness to learn. - Exceptional organisation and methodical characteristics with good time management skills. - Ability to prioritise and progress tasks. - Confident and courteous manner - Full UK Driving Licence. - Enjoy working with a great team who will support and encourage you all the way.
