Lead Test Anayst - Leeds Location - Leeds - West Yorkshire Salary - up to £45,000 plus benefits Fruition IT is recruiting for a Lead Test Analyst to join an ever growing company and be responsible for their departments functional testing by designing, implementing and executing test plans. As part of the role you will be required to mentor and coach junior analysts and also spear-head QA process improvement and define functional test strategies. Lead/Senior Test Analyst Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation and execution of testing methodology and testing standards within an agile environment Collaborate with test automation engineers and software engineers to build robust but efficient automated test scripts Expand QA test coverage by leveraging Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) tools and scripting methodologies Lead/Senior Test Analyst Skills/Experience: A proven track record as a Senior Test Analyst spanning a number of years Experienced and skilled at mentoring and coaching junior analysts Experience of executing testing within an Agile/Scrum environment Proficient of functional test tools Strong understanding of Quality Assurance practices Advantageous skills/experience: Experience of implementing automated or performance based tests Knowledge of .NET development tools/methodology Experience of using agile team collaboration tools like TFS or JIRA This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to work for a growing company who use the latest tools, techniques and technologies.
