Are you an industrial disease solicitor who has gone as far as you can in your current firm and want a new role with opportunities for progression and exposure to more challenging litigated work? If so this could be the perfect job for you. You will already have litigated experience in industrial disease work from either a claimant or defendant background. The role will see you handle your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated asbestos-related-disease claims, predominantly Mesothelioma, in a supported team environment. You are required to have experience of asbestos related disease claims and to demonstrate an ability to deal with a caseload of pre-lit and litigated claims. An ability to handle other disease types would also be desirable. It is the perfect environment to develop your understanding of more complex work without having the pressure of handling your own caseload, There are good prospects for long term progression with the eventual aim of developing you into a lead fee earner handling your own complex work.
