We require a skilled candidate with experience of HR and providing advice to staff and line managers. The ideal candidate will have professional acumen, with strong senior level influencing and stakeholder management skills. HR Generalist/Business Partner Essential Skills * Ability to work openly and collaboratively at all levels to maximise overall organisational health * Strong commercial acumen * CIPD associate/qualification * Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills * Excellent facilitation and project management skills * Track record of senior TUPE/ER management in a commercial setting * An experienced business partner with great relationship management skills with a depth and breadth of HR generalist knowledge * A good understanding of employment legislation * Experience of organisation development, design and facilitation of change * Ability to deal with difficult situation under pressure The role will include * Ensuring that HR and Managers ability to interpret employment legislation is maintained and that all staff are treated equitably and are managed against consistent expectations from a performance perspective * Implementing employment law * Influencing senior managers * Providing feedback to directors * Ability to deal with difficult situations under pressure Desirable Non:Essential Skills * Public sector experience * CIPD qualification * Prince 2 for this vacancy, or for more information regarding the position:
