At our Silvermere care home located in Cobham, we currently seek enthusiastic and committed team players to join us as Host/Hostess. Silvermere delivers compassionate residential, dementia and respite care in a high quality and lively environment. As Host/Hostess you will prepare serving trollies and kitchenettes adjacent to dining areas prior to serving meals; laying tables and assist by the in the serving of all meals to residents within the Home. The key responsibilities of our Host / Hostess include: · Ensuring hostess trollies are fully stocked prior to serving of all meals. · Ensuring kitchenette areas are fully stocked prior to serving of all meals. · Prepare and lay tables in dining areas. · Assist in clearing tables after meals. · Assist in cleaning kitchen when necessary. · Cleaning all kitchenette areas. · Checking sell by dates on consumables held within kitchenette areas. · Serving of tea and coffee to resident’s morning and afternoon in all areas of the Home.
