We offer great opportunities in a developing company, with almost unlimited potential.Our VacancyDue to business growth we are looking for a Head of Compliance to be based in our Head Office in Hounslow although there is some flexibility on location as we have many branches around the UK. You will be expected to accomplish compliance objectives by producing value-added results; offering information and opinion as a member of senior management; integrating objectives with other business units; and directing staff.Main duties: * Responsible for overall improvement activities and underpinning quality, governance and people development functions in the core business and emerging new services. * Design and implement quality and governance frameworks and increase compliance metrics across the organisation * Accomplish compliance within business strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and counselling frameworks. * Develop compliance organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. * Establish compliance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change. * Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing regulations; recommending new procedures; complying with legal requirements.Our Requirements * Extensive experience in a strategic quality and compliance leadership role within the social care industry * People Management experience * Experience of Financial Planning and Strategy and Developing Budgets * Requirements Analysis and Operations Research * Developing Standards and Quality Management
