The Novus Programme. The Novus programme begins with 6-15 weeks of PAID training (dependent upon experience) The training focuses on up to date industry relevant technologies and practices, including; .NET, Java, Oracle, SQL, HTML 5, PHP, C++, Visual studio, SharePoint, TFS, Mobile and gaming development, agile, waterfall and BDD. We are a BCS accredited test and training centre which will give you the opportunity to gain a number of professional accreditations and certificates from the BCS, Oracle and Microsoft. Upon completion of the training you will be placed on site with one of our prestigious blue chip clients and working on some of the most exciting projects across the UK. You could be producing a ground breaking Mobile application, working on business critical systems, designing and implementing software solutions or developing code and SQL scripts to resolve bugs. Whicheverproject you work on you will be continuously developing and challenging yourself on a daily basis. You. You will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for technology and programming, with experience in at least one programming language and an analytical approach to problem solving. Strong communication skills both written and spoken are also vital, as well as the following pre requisites:. - Minimum 2:1 Degree. - Able to attend 6-15 weeks of PAID training (London or Manchester). - Geo graphically flexible - Prepared to relocate around the UK. - Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle. - A passion for technology and programming. - Committed to the programme for 2 Years.
