Your new company Your new company is a Chartered Financial Planning firm that is based on the values of accountants and solicitors. They are a fast expanding financial planning firm that are looking for like minded individuals to join their team. They are passionate about our clients' lives and aligning their money to their dreams and goals. They currently have 10 advisers, 15 support staff and we are directly regulated by the FCA and RDR compliant. The currently provide advisers with a well structured and highly qualified back office team that allows the adviser to deliver the best possible ongoing service to their clients, and bring on new clients in a structured and process driven manner. This gives the adviser the freedom to focus on the job of advising clients and to develop and build their business. Your new role Your new role will be to give purely financial planning advice. You will be allocated a financial planning associate who will come on all your meetings with you and carry out all note writing. They are looking to give this financial planning firm a real solicitor type feel and accountancy feel to the business. What you'll need to succeed You will be level 4 qualified, with the aspire to be chartered or already chartered. You will need a minimum client following of £10m. What you'll get in return All administration and paraplanning duties will be carried out for you as well as client on boarding. Although you will be able to bring on new clients, this is not a priority and you will be given clients to grow and nurture. Alongside this, you will have the ability to be self-employed or employed, negotiable as you feel fits.
