Domestic Abuse Casework Supervisor Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 (pro rata) Location: Newham Working Pattern: Part Time (24hrs), 8 month fixed term Closing on: 5th April 2016, 23:59 Interviews: W/C 11th April 2016 We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced supervisor to join our busy team. Our company is looking for someone to facilitate the provision of a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic abuse. Working in primarily in the Newham One Stop Shop, the post holder will supervise the casework of domestic abuse advisors and oversee our service provision, ensuring the service runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and effective case manager with excellent communication skills. They will have experience of supervising staff, be highly organised and have excellent administration, IT and time management skills. Our organisation assists women affected by physical as well as mental, financial, sexual and emotional domestic abuse. Our guiding principle is that we will never turn our back on a woman in need of our help. And we won't give in to bureaucracy at the expense of real lives.
