Role This is a key role based here in the London area, in which you will be charged with the responsibility of winning and developing new business ventures within the Corporate and SME market place. They have a global reach and have clients in all industry sectors from blue chip banks, retail and hospitality. The key to this role is the ability to proactively manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation, building long term relationships and closing deals effectively. The solutions they provide are truly world class and requires a considered consultative approach as you will be liaising mainly with HR Managers from the major UK banking institutions. Experience Required Due to the nature of the market and the solution based sell involved, you will be a proficient new business hunter with the ability to listen and fully understand your clients needs and expectations. You will be representing a global leader in a professional manner up holding our excellent reputation in the market. You will be smart, articulate, well presented with drive and enthusiasm to build rapport. Sales professionals with a proven track record in 100% new business development should also apply. The Package The Business Development Manager will initially start on a basic salary of £40,000, Car plus an excellent benefits package. Also in place is an uncapped commission structure that will bring your on target earning upwards of £60k, with room to earn considerably more. Last year their top biller earned over £75,000.
