Business Analyst. Are you an experienced Financial Services change professional? Do you have an understanding of Credit Risk?. One of our key financial services clients has an immediate need for a team of Business Analysts to join a substantial transformation project being run by the Global Change Team. In order to meet the increasing regulatory demands and internal RWA management requirements significant change is required to the organisations Capital systems architecture to ensure both external and internal reporting requirements can be met. In order to be considered for this role you will have;. * Experience within financial services. * Experience of change, specifically in relation to IT to support the delivery of the RWA systems changes. * An understanding of credit risk RWA calculation and reporting processes, and the end-end systems functionality required to support these processes. Your responsibilities will include;. * Taking a lead role in a range of analytical and project activities including development of user requirements, running of user workshops, documentation of systems and process change, co-ordination of training, communication of change to sites, identification and management of site dependencies, management and resolution of issues. * Working with regional users and Group stakeholders to co-ordinate project delivery activities. * Producing clear documentation and communication of project analysis requirements. * Coordinating and holding user requirements gathering and process definition workshops with the business. * Agreeing documented user requirements with the business. * Monitoring, tracking issues, risks and dependencies on analysis and requirements work. The role is based in central London starting as soon as possible on a rolling 6 month contract. The project is due to run to through until the end 2018.
